Community Fundraising Dinners
ECEC holds a series of community dinners with varying themes. Cinco de Mayo Mexican fiesta and various other ethnic cuisines have beenfeatured. Entrees have ranged from traditional St Patrick's Day meals and gourmet winemakers' dinners to soup samplers and baked potato bars. A BBQ at the Fort Umpqua site, by the Umpqua River, is an annual highlight of June's Blooms & Butterflies Celebration.
